Threatening Customers (EN) 
This course gives practical skills how to deal with threatening customers in service situations. It provides information of the best practices to deal with an unruly passenger and how to meet airline needs and follow accepted international standards and how to increase passenger’s awareness of the unacceptability and legal consequences of disruptive behaviour.
